Terms Of Service
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through Kalei. By completing a purchase with Kalei, you agree to the terms outlined below.
HOLDS:
Kalei does not hold items for more than 7 days without full payment. Once a hold is placed, the buyer has 7 days to complete payment, after which the item(s) will be returned to inventory.
PAYMENT:
Kalei accepts payments via credit card, check, wire transfer, or cash. All payments are final and non-refundable once processed.
RETURNS/STORE CREDIT:
Kalei does not accept returns. All vintage and/or made-to-order items are considered FINAL SALE.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING:
The Buyer is required to open and inspect items within 24 hours of delivery. Kalei is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. However, any issues should be reported to Kalei within 48 hours to assist in filing a courier claim.
Shipping costs are separate from the listing price. If the Buyer does not wish to use Kalei’s quoted shipping rates, it is their responsibility to arrange alternative shipping.
If delivery is impossible due to circumstances within the Buyer’s control, or beyond Kalei’s control, Kalei may store the goods until proper delivery or pick-up is coordinated. Any associated storage fees will be the Buyer’s responsibility.
PICK-UP:
Buyers selecting pick-up must do so within 7 days of purchase. After that, a daily storage fee of $30 will apply before items can be collected.
If items are not picked up or shipping is not arranged within a month, they will be considered abandoned property and donated unless prior arrangements are made.
