The Pipistrelle table lamp by Gae Aulenti for Martinelli Luce features a white opal methacrylate diffuser and a base made of glossy black-coated aluminum with a satin aluminum trim. Designed for use as both a table and standing lamp, it provides diffused light with an adjustable height. A glazed stainless steel telescope enhances its functionality, while the conical base extends upward through the ribs of the diffuser, resembling the wings of a bat.
