THE ARTIST

Edoardo Cozzani is an Italian multimedia artist originally from Rome, now based in Brooklyn. His practice explores the evolving relationship between nature, time, and human presence through experimental photography, sculpture, land art, and site-specific installations.

Guided by an interest in philosophy, physics, and sociology, Cozzani investigates the dynamic evolution of matter and the transformation of objects over time. His process often involves cameraless photographic practices and the manipulation of unconventional sculpting materials, aiming to blur the boundaries between the natural and the man-made. 

By transforming waste into artifact and industrial into natural, his work reveals the tension and delicate balance that define the relationship between humans and their environment.
